who are to be blamed if the child becomes a rebellion?

my parents doesn't have any sense of humour.
too strict.
too much giving orders.
too much lecturers.
doesn't know the right way to deal with their child.
fails in becoming a good parent.
thinks what's best for the child when the child REALLY don't think so.
im really sad.
